1. Site Visit
I inspect the existing structure, assess grade and soil conditions, and discuss materials and layout. Takes about 30 minutes.
2. Design + Estimate
You get a detailed line-item estimate with material specs, footing plan, and timeline. No lump sums — you see every cost.
3. Build
Construction follows the permit-approved plan. Progress updates throughout, and a final walkthrough before you pay the last 10%.
