Commitment

Zero-Tolerance

Consequences

Violations result in disciplinary action up to termination. Assault, sexual harassment, or workplace violence leads to immediate termination.

Reporting

Incidents should be reported to company leadership. All reports will be taken seriously, investigated confidentially, and addressed promptly. Retaliation is prohibited.
